These cracking brand new house boats can have catamaran or trimaran bases depending on what length & width you are looking for. The basic design being 2 bedrooms, 1-2 bathrooms (with showers only), decent kitchen, 1 nice living area & a possible pontoon for a small day boat and/or yacht which will have to be designed into your own design.

Please Note: All marina's/berths will charge on the final House Boats overall Length, Width & may require the extra vessel/yacht/day boat (berthed on the pontoon) to be lifted out of the water & if this is the case, we are also looking into making a appropriate extra hydraulic lifts to make it all 1 unit, which obviously keeps the boats hull out of the water & clean as well, to add an extra bonus to this obvious extra cost! - (Please ask us for details as this is all very Client & Marina specific, which will have to be very much included in the design stages)   

The tubes/floats are foam filled tubes and CE Marked which is a well known design which click together and hold 3 cross beams each, which makes the base for the whole unit.

They can be powered by 1 or 2 9.9hp outboards & small bow thrusters with a small individual drive station as required. This then means they can be moved under their own power & classes them as boats which then avoids all the normal household UK taxes. They can of course also be designed as a fixed unit (with no power for their own movement) included but this will make them a fixed abode (when lived in for longer than 6 months) and this then makes them subject to all the normal household taxes in the UK. - These T&C's and taxes are only for the UK & so please check all your local taxes, given they can be delivered by road or sea to anywhere on the globe from the workshop!    

All the completed pictures included (in our OY marketing) are examples of how your new houseboat can look like but the floats/bases are basically the same obviously depending on the final desired/decided sizes etc.. you choose.
