This cracking brand new house boat is now 3/4 way through its build. The basic design being 1 large bedroom, 1 large bathroom (with a large shower tray), decent kitchen with an island, 1 nice living area, a pontoon/berth area for a small day boat and/or yacht, 2 sets of large bi-folding doors which leads onto the separate patio area and top it all off this leads to a large & smashing upper deck which is a whole new entertaining area on its own!

The main base for this House Boat has been made out of a very strong Fibre Glass base that will be balanced (if required) when she will be floated on completion.

It be can also be powered by 1 or 2 9.9hp outboards & small bow thruster/s with a small individual drive station as required. This then means they can be moved under their own power & classes them as boats which then avoids all the normal household UK taxes. They can of course also be designed as a fixed unit (with no power for their own movement) included but this will make them a fixed abode (when lived in for longer than 6 months) and this then makes them subject to all the normal household taxes in the UK.- These T&C's and taxes are only for the UK waters & so please check all your local taxes, given she can indeed be delivered by road & sea to anywhere on the globe from the workshop! PLEASE NOTE - The outboards etc.. will be extra to the build costs...

On this happy note this Houseboat is still in the build stages and so in terms of design for kitchens, bathrooms, decoration etc... there is still some opportunity to put your personal choice into the build at this stage & so the sooner you contact us the better!..

1) What options does the Houseboat come with for the advertised price?

She comes with 100% of the inventory included in this official listing and the models of each individual make/design of the included white goods, basic kitchen design, heating and bathroom items etc.. will be updated soon..

2) What can I add to the design and/or inventory in the build stages?

Generally speaking you can still add/change anything you like to the current design but changing the position of the walls & doors (is not really possible in the offered price) anymore I am afraid.

3) Can I make a 2nd bedroom included in the current design?

I am afraid she has been designed as a 1 bedroom Houseboat but the plan & the space for the 2nd double bedroom is available in the living area with a comprehensive sofa bed, giving you the availability to have 2 guests as/when needed..

4) What is the base sections made out off and filled with?

The floating base is made out of several layers of fibre glass from a specifically designed mould done by professional UK boat builder. The sections will be filled with foam and then weighted down (where needed) to keep her level when she is finally launched.

5) Is there tanks in the base sections for the fresh water and waste?

Yes - There will be large water tanks fitted but the waste tanks will have to be discussed, given where it is going because they are not currently being fitted.

6) Can I come and view the ongoing build at this stage?

Yes - Of course no problem at all. Please let us know what day & time suits you best and we will of course arrange for the builder to show you over, as you would expect.

7) Can I finance/mortgage her through the normal channels?

This is a tricky questions because every finance house behaves differently given your individual circumstances and so please use 'google' as your friend and have a good hunt for a company that will help.. 8) Is there any outboard/engine included in this price and if not are we able to have one fitted for an extra cost?

I am sorry there is no outboard/engine fitted for this listed price but we can of course fit one for you for a quoted price accordingly.. - Please ask us for full details..
