This older Beneteau First 45 is packed with gear which to name a few includes 1 mainsail Toni Tió that is a few years old, 2 jibs (120% and 150%), 2 spy, and a storm jib. Furling block below deck and regatta lead keel.
She also has a depth sounder, GPS, VHF, autopilot, radio beacon, life raft for 8 persons, 2 electric bilge pumps, zodiac dinghy, 600-litre fresh water tank and 150-litre diesel tank. The propeller is a Max-prop 2-blade with a Yammar 75HP engine, The engine has very low hours for her age @ 2950 Hours, 2 Harken electric winches with 2 Britany MK anchors & a good electric windlass for anchoring.
The current owners have also renewed the WC's pumps, the rudder, 1 of the bilge pumps, the fresh water pump and indeed the hot water tank. She has been taken out of the water every year and had her annual anodes, engine and antifouling maintenance taken care off as you would expect.
