Oak and Sapele (hull planks are from mahogany (Sapele) all inside main constructions made from oak. Bench and other parts also from mahogany or mahogany plywood. The deck is made from real teak.

-) What type of fixings/fasteners were used at the planks, knees and keel?

A4 stainless steel screws. The keel is glued as well.

-) What is the type of rigging, including the chain plates? – Stainless Steel?

Yes, stainless steel.

-) What type of finishes were applied to these timbers - Especially the planks, deck, mast & boom?

All hull and interior is varnished, deck is natural teak, mast and boom are painted.

-) What type of hull anti-foul has been used in the restoration?

If we are talking about the antifouling its blue Hempel.

-) Headroom is noted as 1.2m - is this correct?

I will double check for everyone but yes I think it is from memory.

-) Is the cockpit self-draining?

Sadly not, it is not self-draining and the layout of the cockpit (in our opinion)  does not allow one to be fitted but an automatic bilge pump could be fitted.

-) Any out-of-water photos?

Please ask us for the dropbox link from OY, which includes all the original works and some extra ones which are not online at the moment.

-) Can I see a photo of the cockpit table?

We only have 1 cockpit table, but still need to make the leg for it, which we can leave to the owner to sort out or quote to build it etc... as required.

Electrics:

-) Is the boat wired for international shore power use, eg.. 240V shore power?

Yes, she can be connected to outboard eg.. 240v Shore power system.

Sail Wardrobe:

-) Please advise on the sail manufacturers for all sails.

Gonda has all the sails which the folkboat can handle and they have all had very little use.

Other/s:

-) What is the Ground Tackle - Winches, chain, anchors, etc. included in the sale.?

Only rigging ropes, steering wheel extension & a teak table.

-) What is the holding tank used for - Manual toilet waste; sink waste water?

Only from the sink but it’s possible to make it from the WC as well if needed.

-) Safety gear - Life jackets, radio, chart plotter, flares, etc??

Most of this equipment is not included but we are happy to leave the TACKTIK GPS system.

-) Full boat cover - Does it cover the deck & transform as in the photo’s?

It covers all the yacht, it’s made from 3 parts - (As in the photo’s in the OY marketing for you)..

She has a Gas stove with the gas bottle located in the cockpit under the seat.
